Jeweller Karl Karter works from a small studio in Hatton Garden, London's diamond district and bling 'burb. He has previously made pieces for the likes of Graff and Jimmy Choo but, for the time, his pieces will be available under his own name – on a luxury members' website appositely named 'Very First To'.

'I am delighted to be partnering with Very First To for an exclusive period,' he tells us. 'To have my debut collection sit alongside products as groundbreaking as the [other brands] that they represent is amazing. When I first started out in this business, I didn't think that it would get much better than Graff but to have worked my way up to designing my own collection purely because of demand is a dream come true!'

Karter's pieces are geometric and intricate, Art Deco meets Bauhaus, and as singular as they are chic. The first two pieces of this exclusive capsule launch tomorrow, with the rest on sale next month.
