Never Underdressed's beauty writer Angelica Hermon on her fringed jacket

This is Topshop and once I had seen it in the shop there was no way I was leaving without it. I love oriental influences at the moment and I'm slowly building up quite a collection of Eastern-inspired things, it seems. Tom Ford’s new Fleur de Chine fragrance, a second-hand silk kimono dressing gown, a lacquered antique cabinet covered in oriental birds and flowers. This jacket now sees the obsession filter through to my wardrobe. Despite it being quite unusual and not something I’d normally go for, it actually goes with everything – whether it’s my skinny leather trousers, boyfriend jeans or a fitted black dress that’s in need of dressing down. I love it most of all for its unexpected versatility.
