Say hello this morning to three new Global Style stars, as part of our international search for well-dressed women from around the world.

They don't have to work in fashion, they don't even have to care about clothes, but there's about the way this lot get dressed every day that makes their eclectic and energetic wardrobes an irresistible target for a spot of snooping.

So for the next thirty days,we'll be revealing the slip-dresses and slacks in the closets of Rosanna Falconer, head of digital at Matthew Williamson, who is based in London; Hidemi Hamano, a brand consultant from Tokyo who is balancing work with being a new mum; and Francesca Cefis, a stylist from Milan whose personal style mixes street and grunge with something a bit Anna Dello Russo...
