Music-lovers flocked to Brighton this weekend for Britain's answer to South By Southwest, The Great Escape. The alt festival provides a vantage point for some of the hottest up and coming bands, and the chance to see them in some of the most intimate settings possible, this side of a mainstream hit album.

And thankfully, the sun shone too, so our photographer was able to pick up some of the best street style from the proceedings.
