Louis Vuitton has come up with a delightfully retro way of wasting your time today. Instead of mindlessly scrolling through your Facebook feed as the afternoon slump hits, you can play a nifty little computer game on their website instead. 

The game and an accompanying video, below, were created to celebrate the brand’s chic new cases for the iPhone5, the iPad and the iPad Mini (calfskin, LV signature, utterly lovely) and use arcade games of yore (well, the 1980s) as inspiration. Those games were fun then and – guess what? – they are still fun now. No amount of technical advancement can take away the thrill of scoring a point in a silly little squabble with a bunch of bricks.
