The red carpet continues to roll out as award season powers on, with Entertainment Weekly throwing a pre-party for Saturday's SAG awards in LA on Friday night. The Downton Abbey cast were out in force, as well as Veep star (and My Girl icon) Anna Chlumsky, girl-of-the-moment Lupita Nyong'O and Brit Jaime Winstone.

The party of the decade took place on Thursday – Kate Moss's 40th, and we were surprised (given the stops she pulled out for her 30th) at just how low-key it seemed. We're pinning our hopes on a blow-out weekend, with plenty to catch up on on Monday morning. But in the meantime, enjoy Kate and her guest list of predictably fabulous normal people (Sadie, Fran, John Galliano and Naomi) stepping out.

Earlier this week, Chanel hosted a dinner for Drew Barrymore's new photography book in Beverly Hills.

And after the party, it's the after party - AKA, a load more outfits to get your eyes around following the Golden Globes, as attendees changed outfits for the post-event razz and a whole host of new celebrities turned up.

Elsewhere in LA Jennifer Lopez proved the starriest at the Fox Winter TCA All-star party in body-con black leather, while Brits Stella McCartney and Karen Elson gathered their most stylish friends in New York, Stella to show off her pre-fall 2014 collection, and Karen to auction off vintage pieces.
