Why Victoria Beckham is the funniest fashion tweeter

Victoria Beckham is the first to admit that 'people normally see me as a moody, pouty, bitch', but, as she told the Guardian's Jess Cartner-Morley in the run-up to the launch of her main label's sister-line, Victoria, Victoria Beckham, 'contrary to rumour, sometimes I can be quite a laugh'. 

Of course, anyone who's seen VB deliberating with good humour whether she should wear 'the little Gucci dress, the little Gucci dress, or the little Gucci dress' in Spiceworld The Movie, or watched the hilarious spoof documentary, Coming to America, which poked fun as the details of the Beckhams' transatlantic move in 2007, will already know this. For everybody else, her Twitter now confirms that she is in fact, a card. 

She's actually been on Twitter since 2010, but of late, she's upped her game, and thrown in as many cheeky quips that we should know, and now totally love her for, as she has more straight-forward updates on her brand and starry movements. Here's a look at just some of the twitter gold she's been firing out of her iPhone recently... 

She's a maniac, that VB, and she wants you to be too! If previous examples of her going crazy with dancing are anything to go by, we hope she danced up a storm.  

It's a known fact that emoji art improves any photograph. Imagine if this was just a group on the tarmac: dry. Extra Kudos to VB for giving herself a crown. 

Victoria's ascent from Spice Girl, to denim short wearing leader of the WAGs, to fashion superpower with collection after collection of things we really want to wear is nothing less than impressive. And do you know what's also pretty impressive? Her willingness to poke fun at it all. 

Like Gaga has her Little Monsters and and Justin his Beliebers, VB has been trying to lure in 'fashion bunnies' since her twitter account began, which is just funny because nobody is every going to call themselves that. 

Seriously VB, stop trying to make fashion bunnies happen. 

The Beckham public persona might generally be tight-lipped and shielded with sunglasses, but she larks around (and tells you about it) with the best of 'em. 

If you know the press is going to take the piss out of you - she was famously called an alien by Perez Hilton - nothing says 'haterz gonna hate' like making the joke yourself first.

A drunken heap of clothes is a good time sign familiar to all of us. See, VB is just like you! Even if she was at the Met Gala. 

Can you imagine Donatella Versace twitpiccing her toilet? 

You know she could have just said peacock, but would the joker that is VB miss the opportunity to make a rude allusion? She would not.

She's pretty good on Instagram too, you know?
