I snuffled around in make-up artist Val Garland’s kit and like a moth to a beauty flame, alighted upon this conditioning serum. Garland applied it with a fan brush to create ‘lash separation and shine’ – minus the severity of mascara. Fingers on buzzers – you’ll find it on Feel Unique.

2. Revlon Professional Equave
I love a Revlon lip butter or nail lacquer as much as the next girl. But as a brand, it’s never been my first port of call for hair. After seeing the ‘thick, glossy, curtain of hair’ created when stylist Orlando Pita merely blow-dried in a spritz of this little bottle of wonders, I stand corrected.
