Shailene Woodley is busy riding the crest of a celebrity wave that's seen her working the red carpet from Berlin to Boston. And while we'd like to say it's her acting skills that have focused our studious gazes upon her, if we're honest, we're busy decoding her beauty DNA right now.

In particular there's one facet of Shailene's appearance that we're fascinated with and that's her hair. I mean, it was always rather sensational, Aslan-esque in its flaxen beauty and expensive colour (in particular around mid-2013), but then she went and lopped it all off in one shrewd move. If her long her was covetable, then her sleek modern crop became instantly iconic.
