Today, London boasts a new must-visit with the opening of long-awaited Céline store on Mount Street. Expect sleek and minimal interiors, cool colours, plenty of glass and a gallery-ish atmosphere full of women in wonderful trousers.

It was trailed with an advertising campaign in selected newspapers, and with the above gif sent to regular customers.

The opening comes less than a week after creative director at the label Phoebe Philo collected her OBE from Prince Charles for services to the British fashion industry wearing a simple black dress with an ivory ribbon draped round the neck.
