We've been obsessed with everything French for the last few years but it seems they do that effortless style thing across the pond too. Maybe it's something to do with the weather - does everyone just look better in the sun? 

Our street style photographer hit the streets of the City of Angels to see what the locals are wearing, and you'll be pleased to hear the vintage thing is still alive and kicking. Women are teaming thrifted pieces with everything from Forever 21 and American Apparel to Acne and Band of Outsiders. And lots more vintage of course. Throw in a pair of converse (we suspect these may actually be obligatory) and you have a match made in heaven (or downtown LA).
