Taking the notion that leopard is just another neutral to the extreme, Jean Paul Gaultier sent models down the catwalk at his Autumn/Winter couture show sporting delicately spotted hairdos.
JPG can always be relied upon to do something outrageous with the beauty for his couture shows – from lime-green Amy Winehouse-style beehives to bejewelled hairnets – and we really rather like his lesser-spotted models.
It's a playful look that's really rather pretty - there's a delicacy to the translucent design on the hair which makes it look light and casual, rather than a deliberate, attention-seeking statement. Would we wear it 'IRL' (in real life)? No, probably not, but that's the beauty of couture - it's where fashion and beauty waltz into fantasy land...
