Waterproof mascara is essential in many situations but it can be a massive pain to remove at the end of the day. The same goes for our beloved bright red lipsticks which stain. The best thing to cut through the pigments and waxes that go into waterproof make-up is oil, but you need some kind of soothing water to rinse it all away. So Elemis created their ‘bi-phase’ White Flowers Eye and Lip Make-up Remover which contains both. 

The perfectly clear fluid is half oil and half water with white peony extract (to hydrate) and soothing white tea. You shake the bottle until the oil is suspended in tiny beads in the water, then remove your make-up as usual. It’s such a pleasure to use, you’ll never go to bed in your make-up again. Not that we ever do that.
