There's no two ways about it, Prince Harry's girlfriend Cressida Bonas has a lot to live up to. Elder stateswoman the Duchess of Cambridge has set the bar high when it comes to emptying regional branches of Reiss of almost any item she puts on, so with news of another Royal wedding whirring round the rumour mill, all eyes turn to this Shepherd's Bush-dwelling party girl and her wardrobe.

But where Kate Middleton favours a stalwart classic-with-a-twist (not too much of a twist, thanks very much), Cressida is much more progressive. She actually dresses like one of us, in biker jackets, leathers, skinny jeans and ankle boots. She loves a beanie. Sometimes she dresses the way we'd like to, if we had the guts (see here: denim dungarees). And sometimes, she dresses like our mums. Well, she is quite posh and has a lot of weddings to go to.

 

Still, we're inclined to think Cressida Bonas is the new hipster royal that we can relate to. Clothes-wise, that is. The rest of her life is completely alien to us. And that's how it should be, because she might marry Prince Harry one day and we almost certainly will not. Compare her style to Kate's below.
