There's a lot to be said about the many costumes Beyoncé's mum, Tina Knowles, created for Destiny's Child during their ruling of the pop kingdom in the late 90s and early 2000s. Her label, House of Dereon, gave the world a cacophony of co-ordinating outfits in every colour you could imagine. There was fringing, sequins, animal prints, leather! If clothes could be a party, these were they. 

They were the kind of clothes which made it physical impossible not to move like this...

But can the clothes tell us even more about the rise and fall of Destiny's Child, followed by Beyoncé's campaign of world domination? They certainly tell us all we need to know about fashion at the turn of the 2000s.
