Your plans this evening may well be to binge-watch the new season of Orange is the New Black, which premieres on Netflix today, but the show's star Taylor Schilling was out and about in LA last night at an Emmys warm-up do. In London, the premiere of Amma Asante's new film Belle brought out the stars, not least at the after-party, to which Prince turned up after his latest secret gig – and so did Kate Moss.

Some say summer begins when the clocks go forward, but in fashion, it really feels like the season's underway when the Royal Academy throws its star-packed annual party, even if said shindig takes place in the rain as it did on Wednesday. Over in New York, Kendall and Kylie Jenner continued their sisterly style tour, and Wednesday's celebrity appearance at the Chiltern Firehouse comes courtesy of Alexa Chung who skipped over to Nuno's gaff for a post-Academy party nightcap. 

Gucci's annual Chime for Change event took place in New York on Tuesday night, with the brand's regular style ambassadors, Blake Lively and Beyoncé were in attendance looking like the total beauty queens we love them as. Over in London Glamour celebrated its woman of the year awards with Naomi Campbell, Alexa Chung, Gemma Chan and more. Plus, it wouldn't have been a night in London without a celebrity bonanza at the Chiltern Firehouse, which on Tuesday included Kate Moss and ol' regular Lindsay Lohan. Does she have a loyalty card?

Film director and screenwriter John Waters hosted the CFDA Awards in New York on Monday, June 2 with some of the most well-known faces in American fashion – both those who design (Zac Posen) and those who wear the clothes (Rihanna, Anna Wintour, Solange Knowles, the list goes on and on) – turning out to discover who was bestowed with a prestigious honour.

Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o was spotted on Saturday afternoon, at the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic held in Liberty State Park in Jersey City, New Jersey, alongside a host of other glamorous types including fellow actors (Julianne Moore), models (Karen Elson) and the international best-dressed (Julia Restoin Roitfeld and Genevieve Jones). There was polo in England too with Anna Friel and Angela Scanlon turning out to see Prince Harry play.

On Sunday, actress Jaime King was pretty in pastels at the annual party for jeweller Simon G at the Four Seasons Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.
