Reason no. 976 to love chia seeds
A daily hit of the most stupendously brilliant things to land on the beauty desk. This is survival of the fittest
In case you've been living under a rock for the last few months, you might not have realised that the latest superfood on the scene is chia. Yes, replacing acia, matcha powder and all other nutrient rich legends comes this omega 3 power player. And it contains more antioxidants that you even knew existed. Whether eaten in seed form or put on the skin, it does truly wonderful things.
Which is why this has taken up residence on my bathroom shelf. It's packed full of the stuff and skin can drink it by the bucket load. I was beginning to think that the daily sprinkle of chia seeds on my morning yoghurt and granola was what was making my skin glow. But actually, it's the nightly layer of this.
Highly, highly recommend.
