Festival season is a time when many of us high-maintenance glamazons can let our hair down (quite literally) and go all out 'arts n' crafts' with our make-up. As the US's most stylish festival kicked off last weekend, fashion's finest turned up in their best boho festival attire  - complete with mesmerising beauty looks as one might expect.

In typical festival-beauty fashion, there was a kaleidoscope of blindingly bright lipstick and body glitter - with plenty of note-worthy head gear from oversized flower garlands to sultry face lace. And of course no Coachella beauty look would be complete without a glowing California-girl tan and brows groomed to standards that the original festival-going crowd of '69 would have been unable to even comprehend.
