Coachella is underway and the sunny pictures are streaming in from the Palm Springs festival, where A-list musicians, celebs and fashion types abound.

It's been a busy week for Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield, and on Friday they were in Paris to promote The Amazing Spider-Man 2: Rise Of Electro.

On Thursday, the golden couple, Emma nodding to her gilded Hollywood status in a sunshine yellow Versace gown, were in London for the film's UK premiere. Meanwhile in New York, Jessica Biel, Katie Holmes, Kate Bosworth and more embraced high glamour as Tiffany celebrated The 2014 Blue Book.

On Wednesday night, Zooey Deschanel threw a party for Tommy Hilfiger in LA, inviting TV types to celebrate the all-American designer, while in New York, stars including Kate Bosworth, were toasting Kevin Spacey. And in London, Emma Stone endorsed the vogue for trouser suits at a BBC Radio 1 interview.

On Tuesday night in London, Gemma Arterton and Tallulah Harlech attended the UK premiere of The Director: An Evolution in Three Acts, a documentary exploring the life and work of Gucci designer of Frida Giannini, while Thandie Newton was at the premiere of her latest film, Half of a Yellow Sun. Meanwhile in LA, everybody's favourite movie star, Oscar winner Lupita Nyong'o, was a ray of smiling sunshine at a Hollywood event. 

On Monday night, at a charity event in New York, Rachel Weisz reminded us that although she has been keeping a low profile over the past couple of years, she is still a pro at the red carpet, turning out in a simple Narciso Rodriguez dress and brilliant pink lipstick. Meanwhile the stars of The Other Woman – Cameron Diaz, Leslie Mann and Kate Upton – continued their promotional tour for the film in Munich and, in London, the fashion crowd were out to celebrate the opening of The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier: From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk exhibition at the Barbican.  

There was more Roksanda Ilincic in Hollywood this weekend as actress Taylor Schilling turned up to the Third Annual Reel Stories, Real Lives event held at Milk Studios in Hollywood wearing a dress by the London-based designer. Jumpsuits featured on the red carpet too, with both Anne Hathaway and Marisa Tomei choosing laidback onesie-style outfits for events.

In Las Vegas, the stars of country music gathered for the full-on glamour of American Country Music Awards.
