There's an end of January feeling in events-ville this week – stars are keeping their powder dry ahead of more awards ceremonies and the upcoming fashion weeks. Nevertheless, there have been a few intimate dinners and lunches in LA and New York, for the likes of Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Eva Chen. Rihanna made a TV appearance in New York, Cate Blanchett was at an awards ceremony in Sydney and everybody's new favourite hair star, Jared Leto, was at the London premiere of Dallas Buyers Club.  

After Sunday night's Grammys hundreds of the music industry's stars remained in LA for the parties continued until Monday, with many attending the The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute To The Beatles event in the city. Meanwhile, also on Monday night, the premiere of Non-Stop (an action film starring Michelle Dockery, Julianne Moore, Lupita Nyong'o and Liam Neeson) took place in Paris, there was a screening of That Awkward Moment in LA and the stars of the Charles Dickens biopic The Invisible Woman were in London.
