A great beanie is a useful thing. It can add a touch of nonchalance to an outfit bordering on prim, and it can hide a multitude of sins - frizzy hair, unwashed hair. Yes, the beanie is our friend. 

For the last couple of seasons the beanie has been adorned with a novelty-sized bobble on top, and while these 'fun' hats are still around the hat of this season is undoubtedly the ribbed beanie.
