Rosie Huntingdon-Whitely beats the heat in Isabel Marant paisley

I love the print on this shirt dress/kaftan thing but there's something about the whole look that really scream footballers wives, unfortunately. Maybe it's the straight blow dry (isn't it more boho chic to wear it loose and straggly?), maybe it's the white belt (in my mind, I can just endlessly hear Gok Wan's voice screaming "dress it up with a belt girl!"), maybe it's the fact that she's mixing something of an earth-mother, vegan-y look with a crocodile clutch. Really, someone this gorgeous should be able to let it all hang out a bit, otherwise what hope is there for the rest of us?

Rosie does polished glam so well – she always looks like she should be on a yacht somewhere. I love her Isabel Marant Maryloe Mankolam dress – Emma Roberts wore the same one last month and paired it with trainers, which is not the way that paisley should be worn. It’s about yachts and money, not trainers. Interestingly (I’m getting a bit Sherlock now), the last time we saw Rosie bouncing out of the hairdresser with her swishy hair she was wearing… Isabel Marant paisley trousers. One more outing and she’ll overthrow Florence Welch as the Queen of Paisley.

Rosie is insanely beautiful so it took a few moments to actually notice what she's wearing. I adore the shoes and belt but I'm not mad about that dress. My grandad had a pyjamas with the exact same pattern. This outfit is laid back beachy LA, which is where she lives now. It's also Rosie, isn't it, so it doesn't really matter what she wears.
