I usually avoid wearing trousers because I hate the feeling of buttons and zips but these Carven pants are silk with an elasticated waist so it's like wearing the most comfortable, most lightweight pair of pyjamas ever. Perfect for humid weather.

Dressed up with a camisole and heels, I wear them to parties or weddings but it's easy to make them everyday attire with a T-shirt and espadrilles. Here I'm wearing them with a cropped jacket from COS. It's a handy little number that's simultaneously minimalist and flamboyant.
