Good old Chanel. It’s just released a short video, titled ‘Where Beauty Begins’, which features Diane Kruger being her usual, beautiful self. In a nutshell, it features the actress talking in whispery, dulcet tones, saying rather wise words  - well I think. I couldn’t quite concentrate that much because her hypnotic face had me mesmerised. But yes, there are a few insightful beauty mentions in there (like ‘beauty is mysterious’ and ‘beauty comes from within’), along with the dazzle that is her glowing complexion and next to nothing make-up. Truly.  

While there’s not exactly a gripping story line to follow, the minute long video is highly worth watching – if nothing else, watching Diane run along a sunny beach gives a little hint of that holiday feeling – whether you’re about to fly off somewhere lovely or not. Seeing her step into a vintage, convertible Mercedes in ridiculously high new season stilettos – yes, those translucent, Chanel ankle strap pumps that are top of EVERYONE’S wish list right now. And learning a lesson from her in how to nuzzle into a beach towel, without looking completely moronic; you never know when you might need to.

I can guarantee you’ll watch it again and again and again; it’s utterly mesmerising.
