A documentary featuring Kate and Sadie?
Remember when Kate hardly spoke and the world’s most famous supermodel remained an enigma? Well, those days are done.
Recently, it has begun to feel like we actually know a little about the once-mysterious Moss. We’ve seen her wedding pics, we’ve heard her laughing raucously with her bestie Grimmy and we’ve spotted her doing the very normal lunch-with-the-in-laws Sunday routine.
And now, we are reportedly to get even more Kate access because a Channel 4 documentary is going to profile Kate’s nanny Mary Davidson, who also happens to be the mother of close friend and fellow Primrose Hill resident Sadie Frost.
The Daily Mail is reporting that 63-year-old Davidson will take part in a documentary focusing on the group dubbed ‘the Primrose Hill set’ that ‘will provide a behind-the-scenes look at life now in the uber-cool part of North London’.
The Primrose Hill set (as well as Kate and Sadie, it includes Meg Matthews, Pearl Lowe and Davinia Taylor) have always protested that they are actually a rather normal bunch of friends who like meeting up for a roast dinner on a Sunday rather than the wild-living bohemians the media portrayed them as, so it will be interesting to see what actually happens ‘behind the scenes now’. Ten years ago, we might have got a peek at Pete Doherty or Jackson Scott, but if they’re letting the cameras in, it’s probably going to be more about school runs than ill-advised romantic liaisons.
