Ahead of next month's Diana the Movie, we've been treated to a sneak preview of the sparkling bling that lucky Naomi Watts will be sporting as the late Princess of Wales.

Geneva-based jeweller Chopard, Old Bond Street and Cannes Croisette favourite, has stepped up to the (gilded) plate, with a sensitive collection that highlights the delicacy of the moment without losing any of the pomp and cermeony of it all.

The Princess was known for her earring predilection on account of her signature short haircut, and of Chopard's creations, a pair of oval sapphire diamonds have caught our eye, echoing those worn by Diana to match that famous engagement ring, now in the possession of a certain new mother.
