Todd Lynn for Debenhams
London Fashion Week's rock and roll suit-maker to the celebs Todd Lynn is the latest in a long line of names to design a range for high street chain Debenhams.
The Canadian designer, who has previously made stage outfits for Marilyn Manson and Bono, and is a fan of using exotic skins in his collections, will turn his hand to something rather more tame, though no less well tailored, in a range that will go on sale in October.
Lynn's signatures are strict and severe silhouettes, slim-fitting and high-stretch pieces that mould the body through ingenious seams and structure. he is one of the foremost designers of suiting working in the UK at the moment, and has a fan-base among women looking for a less corporate take on classic clothing.
Other designers to have worked with the chain include Preen, Jonathan Saunders, John Rocha and Roksanda Ilincic.
